My lifelong fascination with the human body and its profound resilience has served as a driving force in my professional life. From the beginning, I felt a calling to assist others in enhancing their health in ways that are both significant and lasting. Since embarking on my path as a massage therapist in 2011, I have realized that bodywork transcends mere relaxation.

When applied with clinical intent, it serves as a powerful catalyst for reducing pain, restoring functional mobility, optimizing recovery, and balancing the nervous system, ultimately helping you return to what you love most. Every interaction starts with a dialogue; I believe your history and physical habits are essential to crafting an effective plan. By listening to your specific needs, I can design a treatment that is uniquely your own.

My methodology integrates advanced myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and diverse cupping methods alongside movement strategies to target the root causes of physical distress rather than just addressing the surface symptoms. In 2018, I advanced my expertise by becoming a Registered Nurse, a milestone that deepened my clinical intuition and commitment to evidence-based practice.

These dual perspectives in bodywork and nursing have solidified my conviction that true health is found in treating the entire individual, not just a localized injury or isolated diagnosis. As a perpetual learner, I am currently pursuing further credentials as a Nurse Practitioner and a Yoga Instructor. My objective is to bridge the gap between healthcare and holistic movement, creating a seamless integration of lifestyle medicine and therapeutic touch.

Whether you are navigating an injury, managing persistent pain, preparing for a sports competition, or seeking to move through the world with fluidity, I am dedicated to providing precise, compassionate care that builds long-term vitality. Outside the clinic, I find balance through strength training, yoga, hiking, and exploring the outdoors with my dogs. I am eager to support you on your path toward improved movement, recovery, and overall wellness.
